Andrei Ciobanu is a 22 year old attacking midfielder for Viitorul Constanta in the Romanian Liga 1. A former Romanian youth international, his team finished the 2019/20 regular season in 7th and are currently 1st in the Relegation round.
Ciobanu has a WR (attempted actions per minute) of 1.02 which means he sees a lot of action in the game but as his VPM indicates, it is balanced both in defence and attack. His attacking VPM is over a point more than his defense VPM but considering his history is more of an attacking player having also played out on the wing, this is to be expected.
